Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy

At ChamkiCore, we want every little star to love their purchase! We carefully prepare our kids’ accessories, hair braid extensions, and glam accessories to make your shopping experience special.

Please read our policy below before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Customers may request cancellation within 1 hour of placing an order, provided the order has not been processed, packed, or dispatched.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is generally not available through our standard cancellation process.

  • To request a cancellation, contact us through our official WhatsApp number or customer support email with your order number.

  • For eligible prepaid orders, approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method, where permitted.

  • Repeated refusal of confirmed Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

Cancellation requests are subject to confirmation by our team and do not override any rights available under applicable law.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to receive exactly what you ordered. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your concern, please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • A brief description of the problem.

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Eligible Issues

Returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds may be considered where:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.

  • You receive an item different from the one ordered.

  • An item is missing from your parcel.

Where an issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will advise you on the appropriate resolution and return shipping arrangements.

3. Hygiene & Product Conditions

For hygiene and safety reasons, change-of-mind returns or exchanges are generally not accepted for hair braid extensions and personal-use accessories that have been opened, worn, or used.

For other eligible products, items requested for a change-of-mind return must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Such requests require our approval and may be subject to applicable shipping costs.

These conditions do not exclude remedies required by applicable consumer protection laws, including for defective, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied products.

4. Refunds

Once an approved refund request has been reviewed, we will inform you of the next steps.

  • Prepaid refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible, or another agreed method where permitted.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

  • For COD orders, any approved refund will be arranged through a mutually agreed payment method.

  • Delivery charges will be handled according to the circumstances of the return and applicable law.

We will communicate any relevant refund arrangements and expected processing time when your request is approved.

6. Product Care & Damage Guidelines

At ChamkiCore, our hair extensions and braids are made from synthetic hair. To maintain their quality, shape, and appearance, customers are advised to follow the care instructions below.

  • Avoid direct heat: Do not use a hair straightener or curling iron directly on plain synthetic hair extensions unless the product is specifically labelled as heat-resistant.

  • Steaming: If you wish to smooth or restyle your extensions, you may carefully use a garment steamer, provided the product is suitable for steaming.

  • Warm water method: For suitable synthetic hair products, briefly dipping them in mildly hot water may help smooth or reshape the fibres. Avoid boiling water and check the product-specific care instructions first.

  • Drying and styling: Allow the extensions to cool, then gently dry them using low heat if permitted for that product. Carefully brush or comb them into your desired style.

Important: Synthetic fibres can melt, shrink, or become damaged when exposed to excessive heat. Always follow the care instructions supplied with your product.

Damage resulting from improper handling, excessive heat, or failure to follow the recommended care instructions may not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund. However, this restriction does not apply where a remedy is required by applicable consumer protection law, including for defective or incorrectly described products.

ChamkiCore recommends handling all synthetic hair accessories gently to help preserve their appearance and extend their usable life.

ChamkiCore reserves the right to review requests and prevent misuse of this policy. However, nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable Pakistani consumer protection laws.
