Actual colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, and product materials. Such variations do not excuse a material difference between the product advertised and the product supplied.

All prices and applicable delivery charges will be displayed or communicated before order confirmation. Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be disclosed as required by law.

Product availability may change. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate alternative or refund, as applicable.

ChamkiCore reserves the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors, subject to applicable consumer protection requirements. We will communicate with affected customers before proceeding with an order affected by a material error.

We may contact customers to verify order details, delivery addresses, or Cash on Delivery (COD) requests. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, such as suspected fraud, product unavailability, or an unresolved material pricing error. Any payment collected for an order we cancel will be handled through the applicable refund process.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed where due under our policies and applicable law.

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

Requests involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.

For hygiene reasons, certain opened or used personal-use accessories may not qualify for change-of-mind returns. This restriction does not remove any remedy that a customer is entitled to under applicable law.
